HDPE and MDPE Pipes

Additional Information

HDPE pipes are less corrosive, non toxic and inert to chemicals, have low thermal conductivity and provide high electric resistance. They are manufactured in raw material grades PE 80 and PE 100 and are suitable for various applications like water supply, irrigation, tube wells, submersible pumps, sewerage disposal and effluent treatment plants.HDPE pipes are impact resistant and easy to handle even in difficult terrain. They are available in coils and in straight lengths. The smooth inner surface improves the flow rate resulting in lesser frictional loss and lesser powe consumption. Being inert and non toxic, the pipe is odourless.HDPE pipes are free from rusting and corrosion, thus making them a long lasting option for water delivery.

MDPE made of PE 80 material PN 10 to PN 25 kg pressure, for providing drinking water facilities in house. MDPE is easy to install with HDPE pipes for water connection mainly used in Jal Jeevan Mission

HDPE Pipe Specifications :

We manufacture high-quality HDPE pipes as per Specification No. IS:4984 : 2016 of the Bureau of Indian Standards.

Materials Used :

HDPE Pipe as per IS 4984 : 2016, We manufacture High-Density PolyEthylene Polymers – PE 63, PE 80, and  PE 100 grade.

Available Sizes:

HDPE Pipe : 20 mm to 400 mm from SDR 7.4, SDR 9, SDR 13.6, SDR 17, SDR 21, SDR 26, SDR 33.

They are light-weight and made of material grades like PE 63, PE 80 and PE 100. They are available in sizes that range from 20mm to 400mm. The HDPE Coils we offer available in sizes from 1 inch to 4 inches in Coil Form

Description

The document provides specifications for the minimum and maximum wall thicknesses of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes of different outside diameters and pressure ratings according to Indian standards. It includes tables with thickness dimensions for HDPE pipe material grades PE-100, PE-80, and PE-63 at pressure ratings ranging from PN 2.5 to PN 16. The wall thickness ranges increase with higher pressure ratings and larger pipe diameters to withstand greater internal pressures.
